I got my first violin and my first piano lesson before I could walk. Pretty soon, I could sit up at the piano and didn't need to brace my foot against the piano as seen in the second picture. Not long afterwards, I had learned to play the piano standing up and it wasn't much later before I was even using both hands at the same time!
